About Dharan International
Dharan International is the international contracting arm of the Dharan group, an Indian engineering and construction group that has been building continuously since 1996 and was corporatised in 2007. The group has completed 65 projects totalling 3.19 million square feet and 3,693 units, has executed ten civil contracts for public authorities in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Goa with an aggregate value of INR 1,706 million, and is currently delivering EPC, supply and plant utility packages at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh under contracts valued at INR 1,171.21 crore.

Corporate structure
Dharan International is incorporated in Mauritius and contracts for work outside India. It draws engineering, procurement, project management and construction supervision resource from the Dharan group's operating companies in India, under intra-group services arrangements. For each international project we contract either directly, or through a joint venture or subcontract with a locally registered partner where the procuring authority requires local participation. We will confirm the proposed contracting entity, the local partnering structure and the flow-down of technical and HSE obligations at the point of tender, and we are willing to have that structure reviewed by a lender or its technical adviser before award.
