Buildings and social infrastructure
What We Do
We build the facilities that public authorities are accountable for: hospitals and health facilities, police accommodation and command buildings, community and market complexes, public transport structures, and institutional housing. These are technically ordinary buildings delivered under extraordinary constraint — live sites, phased handovers, public scrutiny and fixed budgets — and that constraint, rather than structural complexity, is what determines whether they finish on time.
What We Have Delivered
Ten civil contracts for public authorities with an aggregate value of INR 1,706 million, including:
| Scope | Authority |
|---|---|
| 100-bedded maternal and child health wing, Nashik District Hospital | Government of Maharashtra |
| 115 police quarters, City Police Station and SDPO office, and Superintendent of Police office building, Buldhana | Government of Maharashtra |
| Reconstruction of the bus station and associated sub-works, Shahapur, Thane division | Government of Maharashtra |
| 16 duplex bungalows, Ponda | Goa Housing Board |
| 28 one-bedroom flats, Ponda | Goa Housing Board |
| Market complex and community centre, Sancoale village | Goa Rehabilitation Board |
| Housing works, Zuarinagar | Goa State Urban Development Agency |
How We Contract for It
Item-rate and bill-of-quantities contracts under public procurement rules, with performance security by bank guarantee, retention against certified work, liquidated damages tied to programme milestones and a defect liability period running beyond handover. We are experienced in working within occupied and operating facilities, including phased delivery inside a functioning district hospital.
