Procurement and supply

Procurement failure, not construction failure, is what most often stalls infrastructure delivery in emerging markets: equipment ordered late, specified loosely, or bought by a contractor with no ability to carry the working capital between order and certification. We take supply as a scope in its own right. The group currently holds a supply subcontract valued at INR 742.34 crore covering infrastructure and equipment for Orvakal Industrial Park, alongside a separate INR 281.47 crore package for plant utility systems, both for completion by 31 March 2027.

For international projects we offer supply-only packages, supply-and-install packages, and procurement management on behalf of an owner or a lender — including specification review, vendor prequalification, expediting, inspection and release, and delivery to site against an agreed incoterm.
