We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in industrial and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Manage site development activities, including land clearing, earthwork, grading, soil preparation, and infrastructure development.
- Oversee the construction of industrial buildings, assembly line facilities, warehouses, roads, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
- Monitor project progress, construction quality, and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BOQs, progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure timely project completion.

- Greenfield industrial projects (land development to industrial infrastructure)
- Solar Panel Manufacturing Plants
- Heavy Industrial Infrastructure Projects
- Large-scale site development and earthwork projects

Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or infrastructure construction projects.
- Willingness to relocate to Liberia.
